What is your shipping policy?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds.  All sales are final.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale orders?

Yes! For inquiries regarding bulk or wholesale orders email us at nurturedbynatureco1@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Can I use your products on children?

Yes, our products are made with gentle, all-natural ingredients and are safe for children. For very young children or babies, consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at nurturedbynatureco1@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will do our best to replace the item at our discretion.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made due to our fast-processing time. Please carefully review your order ensuring your email and shipping address is correct before confirming your purchase. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control and will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reship orders sent to incorrect addresses.
